blue eyes?

Rad (are we still allowed to say that in this decade?) work. The stylization is very interesting, particularly since we've got this super-modified head paired with relatively (barring the three finger thing

) realistic and detailed hands. Overall, it creates a kinda disconcerting feeling--a thought that something's not quite right, which makes this image intriguing and maybe not so straightforward as it first seems. Not so sure I like the fine spatter texture all over 'im, but that's a stylistic choice, I guess.

The sweatshirt is over his chin, crosscheck311. He kinda hides his mouth behind it. He doesn't speak much (see description).
Interesting points chickenfingers, you 'see' more than I do.
